A new 70ft catamaran concept developed in cooperation with Cor D. Rover Design.
This design was inspired by the feedback of the client who has catamaran experience but who was disappointed in the sea-keeping abilities of their previous vessel and even switches to monohulls. In a collaboration between the owner, Cor D. Rover and Studio Delta, we worked on a catamaran that features the signature deck space and owner benefits of a multihull with proper seakeeping capabilities to allow for fast and comfortable passages.
Sea trials completed for the Ocean Explorer 85 MOSS
Studio Delta is the naval architect in this project by Steeler Yachts. Developed in close collaboration with her owner-captain, MOSS is fully tailored for hands-on, long-distance cruising.
A little bit out of our normal operating box, but these 32 pax. waterbus catamarans make good use of the short range power of batteries. Emission-free transport in cities and day long operation guaranteed with intermitting charging.
The largest yacht so far built by Steeler Yachts has been launch and will be delivered to her client in short notice.
With a range of over 3500 miles and sufficient stores capacity, the vessel will be able to operate independently for significant periods.
The first Bronson 65 Supersport has been launched and trialled and by the time of writing has been delivered to the client for the summer season.
With pride we can share with you that Studio Delta is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
It is a unique situation we find ourselves in for this year’s nominations for the European Powerboat of the year 2024.
