The first Ocean Explorer 72 has been completed and is now being used for long-distance cruising and exploration. The yacht was developed in close cooperation with the owner and Steeler Yachts.
With a range of approximately 3,500 nautical miles and a cruising speed of 8 knots, the yacht is designed for long-distance cruising.
The project was developed from the original concept design by Edwin van der Mark.
A second Ocean Explorer 72 is currently under construction.
