In addition to practical use, the design of the Nordic Star was given a second important requirement. The design must also continue to move smoothly through the sea in fairly heavy weather. The Norwegian client assumes the conditions that can occur in the open water of the fjords.
For this design, the layout was chosen for a small galley in the cockpit and a spacious double sofa bed below deck, plenty of storage space and a closed toilet.
